The artist's work is sad and realistic

Repetition: The repetition of the bodies lying on the floor creates an emphasis on how severe the conditions were.

A Few Of My Favorite Things

  1. Necklace. My mom originally made this necklace for me when I was 6 and I wore it every day, but it was stretchy so over time it did not fit over my head anymore. She resized it and made it into a bracelet and then in high school I used the beads to make it into the necklace I now wear every day.
  2. Turtle. I've lived in Florida for most of my life and loved turtles as well as stuffed animals but this one is special to me because it is the first stuffed animal that I ever made myself.
  3. Water Bottle. I bring this water bottle everywhere with me and it reflects the things that mean the most to me or the things that reflect who I am.
  4. Sunglasses. Sunglasses have recently become very important to me because I need to protect my eyes more now than I've had to in the past, so these also are always with me.
  5. Dog Keychain. This is a personalized keychain for my dog Joey. It's a picture of him from when he was a puppy and I keep it on my keychain as a reminder of him wherever I go.
  6. Planner. My planner is one of my favorite things because it helps keep me organized in all aspects of my life. Everything has its own color so that I can easily distinguish the importance of the things I need to do.
